Our Sports Performance Training is designed to improve our athletes’
overall power, speed, and agility. These three components are the keys
to improvement in fitness, athletics, and any high level physical activity.
Our goal with Sports Performance Training is to help each of our athletes
build a solid foundation for all other skills and movements that make
up power development, speed, and weightlifting.
Sports Performance training is scheduled by appoinment only and sessions
are individualized for the athlete.
The Sports Performance program is by appointment only and is designed individually
per the Athlete or Team. Each Training Session is comprised of a warmup
of agility drills and jumping drills to warm up the muscles. This is followed
by sport specific drills & core activation exercises and finishes
with strength training or contrast and power training—such as Plyometrics
or power lifts.
