Bendability at Lululemon
Ben will be teaching FREE Bendability classes every Sunday in April at Lululemon
at the Westfield Valencia Town Center mall! The free class will be from
9:30am – 10:30am and will focus on stretching and mobility. Both
of which are important for any fitness or workout regimen.

RP Challenge UPDATE: 3 WEEKS LEFT
For the past 8 weeks, more than 20 of our members have been participating
in a 90-day nutrition challenge through Renaissance Periodization. We
have continued to see pounds lost, along with a few gained by our massing
folks, and PR’s left and right from everyone. It’s been great
to see that you don’t have to starve yourself or sacrifice strength
to look and feel great.
The challenge culminates on Saturday, April 9th, 9pm at Santa Clarita Lanes
for some bowling, pizza, and announcement of the Top Finishers!
Friday Night GRID
FYFA held its first ever “Friday Night Grid” event on March
11th and it was a huge success! The 23 person turnout was amazing and
everyone had a great time. Grid consisted of 3 team workouts revolving
around speed, team work & strategy. We had such an awesome time pushing
our limits & pushing our teammates that we’ve decided to make
this a monthly event.
Our next Friday Night Grid will be on Friday, April 15 at 6:00pm. To help
speed things along and form teams, please be sure to sign up on the sheet
in the gym. Don’t forget to bring your favorite post-workout food
to share for the potluck!
Saturday Bendability & Partner WOD
Starting at 9:00am the following Saturday (4/16), there will be another
one-hour Bendability class, followed by the popular Bring-a-Friend Partner
WOD at 10:00am. Be sure to tell your friends now, then bring them that
morning for a great workout with fun and energetic people!
