Face Your Fears Challenge 2.0
Here at Face Your Fears Athletics, our mission is to help members become
something more – mentally and physically. One of the ways in which
we push members to improve themselves is by hosting challenges that give
people the encouragement, guidance, and programming they need to help them
breakthrough walls in their personal fitness journeys.
What’s Different about This Challenge?
This time last year, we held a fitness challenge that resulted in a lot
of success. Participants followed personalized diet plans and specialized
programming intended to help them lose body fat while maintaining strength
and endurance. Between the 23 members that participated, more than 280
total pounds were lost while personal records were made in everything
from pull ups and front squats to mile times and repeatability tests.
Three Different Plans
this year’s challenge is slightly different. We now offer three
different programs, each with unique diet templates, programming, and
goals: The Basic Plan, The Active Athlete, and The Functional Physique
Each of these three plans is intended to help members who are at different
stages in their fitness journey to reach new goals and levels of fitness.
Each includes a personalized meal plan based on gender, weight, metabolism,
and personal goals, and invites you to exciting gym events that are only

Featured Member- Vincent Titiriga
Vince has been coming to Face Your Fears Athletics since the beginning.
Since then, he has been able to finish Murph in less than 40 minutes and
has seen his mile time drop to less than 6 minutes. His favorite workouts
are the Torn Tank WODs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Check out what else
