RP Challenge Results & Winners!
The results are in! On April 9th, we celebrated the completion of our 90-Day
RP Challenge with an awesome night of bowling. This challenge was designed
to help our members lose weight, maintain muscle, and increase performance.
A total of 23 members participated, losing a grand total of just over
280 pounds! Three top finishers were chosen based on multiple factors,
such as pounds lost, reduced repeatability test time, new records / PRs
set and overall percentages on each.
Overall Winner – Tony!
- 25 pounds lost
- 56-second faster repeatability time
- New PRs in pullups, front squat & 1-mile run;
Most Percent Body Weight Lost – Noreen!
- 16 pounds lost
- 11-second faster repeatability time
- New deadlift PR;
Most Improved Performance – Fig!
- 18 pounds lost
- 1:17 faster repeatability time
- Hit goals in pullups & 100kcal Airdyne test.
Congrats to the top finishers, and great job to all the challengers for

Annual Memorial Day Murph
Memorial Day is coming… are you ready? Our gym will be doing its
annual Memorial Day Murph Weekend! Come join us for one of the hardest
workouts you will ever do, but with one of the most fun and energetic
gym families you will ever meet. The “Murph” WOD is a memorial
WOD named in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy who, like so many others, made
the ultimate sacrifice in service of our country.
What Is “Murph?”:
- 1-mile run
- 100 pull ups
- 200 push ups
- 300 squats
- 1-mile run
Don’t let it scare you! We all do it together and (somehow) make
it fun. And there will be food and beer afterwards! Whether you are a
Murph survivor or have yet to be initiated, you don’t want to miss
out! Join us Saturday May 28th @ 8:00am.
